1 Fold the zipper ends.
On the video, you can see how I fold each end of the zipper and I made 2 little stitches to keep the end folded.
Fold the zipper in the middle to mark up the middle, you can pinch a pin.
Fold on of the sides of one piece of fabric and with the scissors make a small cut to mark the middle.
Lay the zipper on the piece of fabric, middle point on middle point, pinch a pin.
Lay the second piece of fabric over the other piece with the zipper, right side to right side, and pinch a few pins.
Run your sewing machine on the four sides of it, don’t forget to leave open 2 inches in one side.
2 Cut diagonally each corner with the help of the scissors.
Turn out the piece, with the help of the scissors push out each corner.
3 Run the sewing machine on the four sides of the piece.
Sew to close at the same time the opening.
With the help of a ruler, draw a line.
Mark two points from the top of the bag to know where to draw a line, this line will help you to sew the pocket on the bag.
Place the zipper on the line.
And pinch a couple of pins, sew by hand the zipper to the bag, as you sew, keep working on it on the batting fabric, the stitches should not get through the right side of the bag.
Fold the pocket down and pinch four pins.
Sew the three sides of the pocket to the inside of the bag by hand.
Sew the pocket to the inside of the bag by hand and with small stitches, just keep working on the batting fabric as the stitches should not go through the right side of the bag.
Remove the pins.
